Requisite Basic Information for Registration

  1. A valid email address:
    1. This email will be used to send you verification codes, password reset links, and notifications regarding any changes to your account;
    2. You will also be able to use this email to log in our NAS server from anywhere via QuickConnect ID without setting up port forwarding rules.
  2. Username:
    1. Chinese name in pinyin by default, like yanglin;
    2. Or any free-styled username you wish, like comboyu.

Resetting your password

Connect to NAS Server with One Click

The link of QuickConnect ID gives you universal access to the NAS server, anytime, anywhere, on any device.

  1. Opening the QuickConnect URL in a browser, a buffer screen will display the message 'Connecting to NAS server.' This may take a few seconds.

  2. Then you will see the login interface:

  3. Following the input of your username, you are required to enter your account password to proceed to the NAS desktop.

  4. Upon successful verification of your user credentials, you will be directed to your individual NAS desktop:
